Homemade French Fries
- 4 medium Russet Potatoes
- 1 Egg White
- Vegetable Cooking Spray
- All purpose seasoning salt
Cut
potatoes into large wedges. Place in ziplock bag with
egg white. Seal bag and shake until potatoes are covered
with the egg white. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking
spray. Place potatoes on the cookie sheet in a single
layer. Spray a couple of layers of the cooking spray
on the potatoes. Sprinkle on the seasoning salt.
Bake
for 45 minutes to an hour, turning once after 25 minutes.
Potatoes are done when they are fork tender.
